Wren & Co. Services
Recover capacity. Reduce friction. Keep the work moving.
Operational support for leaders and teams when the work has outgrown the way it is being managed. Wren brings executive-operations experience shaped in complex environments including aviation and aerospace, and applies it wherever clearer systems, stronger follow-through, and practical relief are needed.
Where do you fit?
“Something’s not working and I don’t know what.”
“I know what needs doing and need it done.”
“I need someone to own this every month.”
“My executive calendar and follow-through are the bottleneck.”

Default next step after a Reset
Team Operations Build
For managers, directors, and small leadership teams dealing with unclear ownership, broken handoffs, duplicated work, inconsistent processes, or systems that evolved without intentional design.
- Map the current workflow and gather input from the people doing the work
- Identify gaps, duplication, delays, and unclear ownership
- Design the improved workflow or operating process
- Build practical documentation, trackers, templates, roles, and handoffs
- Walk the team through implementation and leave a maintenance plan
Defined builds start at $1,500. Larger, multi-stakeholder or cross-functional builds are typically $2,500–$4,500.
Event Operations — Project-based coordination is also available for corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and executive retreats when vendors, stakeholders, deadlines, and logistics need one operational owner.
A few practical questions
Is there a minimum commitment?
Ongoing retainer relationships begin with an initial three-month term. Defined projects and the Operations Reset are scoped separately.
What does availability look like?
Wren establishes working hours, communication channels, and response expectations at the start of each engagement so support is dependable without creating an always-on relationship.
How is confidential information handled?
Confidentiality expectations, access, and information-handling requirements are established as part of the engagement before sensitive work begins.
What is not included?
Wren provides operational and administrative support, not legal, accounting, HR, IT-security, or other licensed professional services. Scope boundaries are documented before work begins.
You do not need to diagnose the solution before reaching out.
Tell Wren what feels heavy, delayed, unclear, or harder than it should be. The right starting point can be determined from there.
